1️⃣We identify the position that needs to be filled and prepare the position description.

This position gets advertised on a range of platforms including Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and social media, along side word of mouth and website pages. (Keep updated on all platforms)

2️⃣ We review applications and short list candidates based on skill set, experience, interest in the roll and behaviours

3️⃣ Phone screen interviews.
Employers reach out to candidates via phone call to have a brief discussion about their application and assess whether you will move to an interview
Note: It is important to expect this, as it’s a poor look if you answer the phone without preparation. 😬

4️⃣ First round interviews:
either be face to face, online or a group interview.
This is your opportunity to align yourself with expectations in the job description, so you can demonstrate to your potential employer that you are capable of undertaking the position.

⭐️ There may even be a second-round interview, to further narrow down the candidates and really ensure we make the best possible choice for the business.

5️⃣ Reference checks:
The employer will contact individuals who have worked with the candidate to verify their work ethic. These are very important to truly gage whether they are the ideal candidate for the role

While the process may be long and tedious, we need employees who will be reliable, communicate effectively, work as a team and can be a problem solver. 🤩
