September was a busy month connecting with enthusiastic young people ready to engage, ask questions, share experiences and learn new skills.
It was an absolute pleasure to deliver a Retail Workshop to the young people of Brimbank. With the support from Jobs Victoria and Brimbank City Council, Founders of Keyba Careers, Colin & Lorraine Wilson shared their industry knowledge and experience to help young people looking to start a career in retail. In this workshop, topics included:
- 10 steps to providing excellent customer service
- 7- step sales process for Retail
- How to turn customers from angry to happy
- Tips on business acumen and how to sell yourself in an interview
